Would you like to build skills to develop yourself personally or propel your career forward?

What more could you do if you could conquer self-doubt or lack of confidence?

At times, many of us have struggled with building or reinforcing our self-confidence.  Confidence has been identified as a key ingredient which is strongly related to achievement. There is a growing body of scientific research on confidence, and it shows that there is more to this than repeating positive self-affirmations

The workshop is inspired by Russ Harris’s book entitled “The Confidence Gap”. The content of this session will explore the nature of confidence and will help you:

  1. identify the main causes of low confidence, the distorted thoughts and emotional traps that can keep us from taking confident action
  2. take away skills, habits and tips for building or reinforcing your level of confidence
  3. develop a personal action plan to increase self confidence.

The session starts promptly at 6:00pm and ends at 9:00pm. A light dinner will be served to attendees starting at 5:00pm.

Come enjoy networking and Laurie’s interactive style of facilitating. This will be a hands on learning event; come prepared to work and have fun
