Confidence has been identified as strongly associated with high achievement, and there is a growing body of scientific research and knowledge on the nature of self-confidence and how to boost it.

By the end of this two part series you will come away with a personalized action plan that will help you increase or reinforce your level of self-confidence to achieve a goal that you identify up front.

  • Part 1:  Learn about the nature of confidence and the basis of gender links.  Identify causes of low self-confidence that are relevant to you, including distorted thoughts and emotional traps.
  • Part 2:  Learn some tools and techniques that you can start using immediately to manage your thoughts and emotions in order to make progress in areas of your life that are limited by low self–confidence. 

This will be a hands on, practical and interactive workshop.  Come prepared to actively participate and learn from each other.
