The majority of WiN-New Brunswick (NB) members work at the Point Lepreau Generating Station. The Chapter also has members from Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, Canadian Nuclear Energy Research and the University of New Brunswick.

Director, New Brunswick Chapter

Health Physics Lab Supervisor, Point Lepreau Nuclear Generation Station (NB Power)

Amy is currently the Health Physics Lab Supervisor, at New Brunswick Power at Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station.  She is responsible for the dosimetry of workers are PLNGS and Environmental sampling and testing as per CNSC regulatory guidelines.   Amy started at PLNGS as  a Radiation Technician then onto a Health Physics Technician.  After 10 years in this role, she moved into the Training Department where she focused on Radiation Protection Training for staff at PLNGS. Amy  holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Amy joined the New Brunswick chapter in 2010,  and then became the New Brunswick Chapter Chair in October 2023.
