Mentorship Program
This program enables Women in Nuclear Canada members to achieve their professional development goals through a mentoring relationship.
About the Program
WiN Canada launched their first formal Mentorship Program in 2021-22 with over 140 active participants, offering members the opportunity to engage across the industry to develop both personally and professionally. Our program welcomes members at all stages of their careers, as well as students who are preparing to enter the workforce.
Our new 2024/25 Mentorship Program opens its registration on October 17, 2024 and closes on November 14, 2024. The focus will continue to enable Women in Nuclear Canada members to achieve their professional development goals through a mentoring relationship. Members can participate as a mentee, mentor, or both. Mentors may take on two mentees maximum if desired and this is a volunteer role. The program will be facilitated through MentorCity, an online mentoring platform that helps you track your progress, manage your mentoring relationship, and even host virtual mentoring meetings.
