Mentorship Program
This program enables Women in Nuclear Canada members to achieve their professional development goals through a mentoring relationship.
About the Program
WiN Canada launched their first formal Mentorship Program in 2021-22 with over 140 active participants, offering members the opportunity to engage across the industry to develop both personally and professionally. Our program welcomes members at all stages of their careers, as well as students who are preparing to enter the workforce.
2026-2027 Cohort
Building on past success, Women in Nuclear Canada is pleased to be launching the 2026-2027 Mentorship Program! This year’s cohort will include expert advice, new features, and enhanced ways to connect with your mentor/mentee and other participants.
The program will enable Women in Nuclear Canada members to achieve their professional development goals through a mentoring relationship. Members can participate as a mentee, mentor, or both. Mentors may take on more than one mentee if desired. The program will be facilitated through MentorCity, an online mentoring platform that helps you track your progress, manage your mentoring relationship, and even host virtual mentoring meetings.
