Aiman Khan

President

Aiman Khan is a senior clean energy executive leading innovation, engineering, and large-scale infrastructure projects in Canada’s nuclear sector. She currently holds the role of Vice President of Engineering Services at Candu Energy Inc., an AtkinsRéalis company, where she leads the strategic growth of nuclear engineering and OEM service capabilities.

Previously, Aiman held multiple leadership roles at Bruce Power, including Senior Program Manager for Major Component Refurbishment. Her work has driven lean transformations, operational efficiency, and impactful cost-saving innovations across Canada’s largest private-sector nuclear facility.

A dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion, Aiman is the President of Women in Nuclear (WiN) Canada, a non-for-profit organization with over 6500 members across Canada. Aiman is responsible for strategic growth and direction for the organization while championing gender parity and inclusive leadership in Canadian nuclear sector.

Aiman holds an Executive MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Ontario Tech University. She is known for her ability to bridge technical depth with visionary leadership, fostering sustainable change across industry, policy, and community spaces.
