Call for Interest: Facilitators for the Women in Nuclear (WiN) Canada LEAP Executive Coaching Program – 2025/2026 Season

Women in Nuclear (WiN) Canada is seeking to expand its team of skilled facilitators for the prestigious LEAP (Lead/Excel/ Advance/ Pay Forward) Executive Training and Coaching Program for the upcoming 2025/2026 season. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of high-potential women in the nuclear industry and ensure the continued success of this impactful program.
The goal of this initiative is to enhance our facilitator bench strength, ensuring seamless delivery of our training programs and developing a pipeline of exceptional facilitators for the future. We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team and help shape the next generation of leaders in the nuclear sector.
Desired Competencies and Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess a strong blend of facilitation and training expertise, leadership development experience, and an understanding of the nuclear industry. The following competencies are highly desired:
- Strong Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated excellence in facilitating engaging and impactful learning experiences for senior leaders. This includes the ability to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Executive Coaching Experience: Proven experience in coaching executives and high-potential leaders to unlock their potential, navigate challenges, and achieve their professional goals.
- Expertise in Leadership Development: A seasoned ability to facilitate leadership learning and conversations within a highly technical field. A comprehensive understanding of key leadership behaviours and frameworks is essential.
- Application of Adult Learning Principles: A strong foundation in and practical experience with applying the principles of adult learning to create effective and resonant educational programs.
- Versatility in Delivery: Proficiency in delivering both in-person and virtual learning events, utilizing a variety of tools and technologies to create a seamless and engaging participant experience.
- Industry Familiarity: A familiarity with the nuclear industry is considered a strong asset, enabling a deeper understanding of the context and challenges faced by our participants.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Experience in teaching and coaching at the executive level, including participation in panel discussions, is highly valued.
- Availability to Travel: The ability to travel and attend 2-3 in-person learning events ( duration of 3 days each) is required. This includes the WiN Canada Annual Conference from October 5-8, 2025, and the subsequent WiN Canada conference in 2026.
- Registered Business: Must be registered business with insurance coverage.
Program Commitments:
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Attend and actively participate in the in-person learning events as outlined above.
- Co-facilitate two of the four virtual sessions for the second cohort of the program. A tentative schedule for these sessions will be provided during the interview process.
