WiN Canada Leadership Development Program

Announcing the WiN Canada betterLEADER Leadership Development Program

Earlier this year, WiN Canada conducted a survey with our members. And we want you to know, we heard you!The results of our survey were clear. WiN Canada members are highly motivated and are seeking opportunities for their professional development. More than 90% of you reported that you are looking for professional development opportunities.

WiN Canada is very excited to offer our first leadership development program. In this program, you will learn communication and leadership strategies based on behavioral psychology and your personality. These insights, coupled with personal application, will help build your personal road map for how to leverage your leadership potential. Through personal coaching and the course modules, you will learn the skills to support your success.
