Throughout her career, starting as a Call Center Agent and eventually turning into a Hotel’s Front Desk Supervisor, she constantly pushes herself to learn new skills and keep up with market trends to ensure she provides the best service to her clients.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Humber College in Hospitality and Tourism Management and is constantly looking for new challenges to face, personally and professionally.
