As a Senior Energy Leader, Aiman believes in breaking barriers and actively advocating for women in the clean energy sector. Aiman is known for thriving in high-pressure environments, leading mission-critical projects, ranging from automated tooling to large-scale refurbishments.
Currently a Senior Program Manager for Major Component Refurbishment’s EPCM contracts at Bruce Power, Aiman is responsible for overseeing and developing new strategies for a range of innovative projects. Aiman is committed to instilling a culture of thinking beyond the ordinary by building teams of diverse and collaborative thinkers to push the boundaries of innovation.
Aiman holds a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in mechatronics from Ontario Tech University. Committed to continuous learning, she is presently pursuing an Executive MBA at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Sloan School of Management, as she is committed to staying relevant in today’s dynamic world.
Aiman believes in breaking barriers and actively advocates for women in the nuclear industry. She has been actively involved with Women in Nuclear Canada since 2016 and is now serving as the Vice President for the organization.
